Here is another great album showcase!

This time we are looking at the album of Chris and Nadia and their wedding that took place at Glen Oak Country Club in Clarks Summit, PA

You may remember this is the same couple that I photographed their engagement session in New York City!

Chris & Nadia had a beautiful event at the country club. The morning started with getting ready shots of the bride at her parents house in Clarks Summit. The ceremony took place at Our Lady of Snows in Clarks Summit. We then went back to the bride’s parents house for a hair/makeup change and a small ‘pre-party’, before heading back to the Country Club for portrait time!

The Pete Saunders Band from New York City came on to entertain at the reception. The dance floor was on the patio of the country club and had an added feature of torrential down pour of rain for the entire night! It was raining buckets! But it didn’t damper the mood of anyone and it was a very lively night of dancing all night.

The wedding album featured a beautiful brown lizard style skin. This 56 page album is truly one of a kind. You will be able to see in some of these photos as well some of the features of my albums, such as no break lines in the middle of the book!

Enjoy and of course, get a hold of me to book your 2012-2014 weddings!  www.jeffdietzphotography.com

Hi Everyone!

Here I am for our second Wedding Album Showcase. This time we are looking at the designed album for AJ & LJ Clark. Their wedding took place in Philadelphia at the Franklin Institute! A stunning wedding filled with lots of fun surprises! We started out getting ready at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia. We then took a short ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom to the ceremony site down the street. A photo shoot followed near the art museum, the steps, fountain areas and just before the rain came, some photos on the balcony of the Franklin Institute.

Their album cover was done in a ver class style with a main leather color of black and a copper like binding accent. It was absolutely stunning. If you want to see the inside of this album as well you can see their full finished album design at: www.jeffdietzphotography.com/clarkstorybook

In a few days I will also be posting images from their after wedding album which was photographed in Miami Beach in Florida!

Hello everyone

This is the first of several posts that I will be doing to show off several awesome wedding albums and couples that we did for 2011 couples. Our albums are all one of a kind and are absolutely made from the best album company on the market.

A lot of care and thought goes into the design of every album that I do. And yes we are a studio that values the importance of a Wedding Album! It’s the most important piece of the wedding that you can invest in. It will last not only for years after the wedding but for generations! It’s a re-telling of the story of your day that your kids and grandkids will be able to pick up and enjoy and you can tell them the story of your wedding as you relive it together. It certainly can’t be replaced by some silly disc of images, or a half made press style book that will fall apart in about a year. Digital products make a great compliment to an album, but should never become a replacement of or serve to diminish your wedding album. Finishing the beautiful images in a finished presentation like albums and prints is absolutely important. Someone that would not find that as important, personally is not a photographer I would want for my wedding.

So that brings us to the album of the Sipple’s! Their wedding took place in 2011 and was held at the East Mountain Inn Best Western in Wilkes Barre, PA. It was one of those interesting days that started off with an early winter snow storm! It turned out to be one of the biggest snow falls that we ended up having for 2011.

The couple could not have been more fun about it though and were game to have some fun with it. Their photo session took place in down town Wilkes barre where I have done a lot of wedding photos over the years. We worked a lot around the areas of Wilkes University where the couple had a connection to and also even went inside of some of the beautiful buildings.

Their album, as you will see in photos below, features a really fun cover! The cover was actually made of metal with the image printed directly to the piece of metal. This has been a pretty popular choice for this year. They then added as the accent material a shiny silver that worked perfectly with the snow fall in the image and the city nature.

Enjoy some of these images of their album and keep checking back to see 5 other featured albums from this past year!

And of course, if you are planning your wedding, make sure to stop on over to the wedding website to fill out the contact form for your wedding! We are already booking 2013 and 2014, but still have a few great spots available for 2012 as well.
